HANSEL AND GRETEL

When Koreans filmmakers do modern Victorian style Gothic films, they do it very well. Just like Tales of Two Sisters, this film has great art direction and sets.

HANSEL AND GRETEL. Director Yim Phil-sung may have not done very well with his debut feature Antarctic Journal, but he remains highly respected in the industry for his short films. His second feature is a grisly horror/thriller based (very) loosely on the tale of Hansel and Gretel. With a set that seems likely to recall A Tale of Two Sisters, the film should be visually striking, and the synopsis contains a few unexpected turns as well. Cheon Jeong-myung (Les Formidables) stars, and the film is scheduled to be released on December 27.

Jackie Chan And Will Smith Teaming For A KARATE KID Remake?

foto_general.jpg

Could be. Han Sanping of China Film has been quoted talking up some projects he’s trying to set up in co-production with Hollywood studios and top of the list is a would-be remake of The Karate Kid. If Han’s plan comes together Will Smith’s son Jaden will take the lead with Smith playing the primary villain and the Pat Morita role being taken by either Jackie Chan or Stephen Chow. With this sort of set up the project would be retitled The Kung Fu Kid.source: twitch

I first heard the rumor of a remake for this classic 80’s movie on Xtrasports570 with Petros and Money. Even though I’m kind of against it, I can understand why they’d remake it since it’ll be for the younger generations today who didn’t grow up with that film. However, if they are going to add a little mocha into that classic cheesy movie, they should make Samuel Jackson as the mentor rather than Jackie Chan.

So, instead of “wax on, wax off Daniel-san” he can say “wax the motherf*cking car motherf*cker. What? wtf do you mean what? I dare you to say what again motherf*cker!”

Kim, who won the Cup of China two weeks ago, was one of three women to try a triple-triple, and the only one to succeed. She totaled 63-point-50 points from her two minute and 50 second performance.

Not really sure what a triple-triple looks like, but it must be hard…

quite poetic…especially with the music. Nice job whomever edited this vid..

“for yuna kim, b-boy the end.” Kys dances to Yuna’s music of choice for one of her routines and gives her an autograph.

Sofia Boutella…hot, but pretty boring to watch.

Ron Paul 2008

the republicans hate him because he’s too honest…so I’d consider voting for him. I still can’t get over the fact that the Canadian dollar is stronger than the US currency.

If a super hero had existed in the ancient history of the East, what would have happened? The work of art “Mad Monkey” had been created with such a concept. It is an Oriental fantasy film in which the protagonist is a figure who has a past of imagination, the suffering of human beings, and the power of superman. The 2D and 3D techniques had been used in combination. With visual perfection and the bold scenario, the work of art stimulates the interest of the watchers.
